Sautéing Direction:

Choose a skillet or sauté pan and warm over medium high heat. Add Fork & Leaf’s Sautéing Oil and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan. After 10-30 seconds, add your favorite meats and vegetables without overcrowding. Stir frequently until cooked to your desire.
